In the instance of required elaboration:
Brand Management & Consistency
• Ensure adherence to all brand guidelines across all regional communications materials and touchpoints
• Monitor and maintain brand consistency across digital and traditional communication channels
• Serve as the single point of contact for all brand-related queries and approvals within the region
Communications Development & Execution
• Develop and execute comprehensive external and internal communications strategies aligned with regional business goals
• Create compelling content for various channels including newsletters, presentations, and digital platforms
• Coordinate crisis communications and manage sensitive messaging as required
Stakeholder Management & Support
• Provide direct communications support to the Regional leadership team
• Collaborate with key internal and external stakeholders to ensure timely and accurate messaging
• Facilitate communication between regional leadership and account operations teams
Digital & Social Media Management
• Manage regional social media presence in alignment with global communications strategy
• Ensure consistent internal promotion and employee advocacy through account-based social platforms
• Proactively create content for newsletters, social media, and global spotlight features
Creative & Asset Management
• Oversee design requests and coordinate with creative teams to produce marketing materials
• Maintain and organise the regional communications asset resource library
• Ensure all materials meet brand standards and regulatory requirements
Strategic Support & Reporting
• Report to Head of Communications and provide regular updates on regional activities
• Support development of communication strategies for key regional initiatives and campaigns
• Analyse communication effectiveness and recommend improvements to enhance engagement
