Key Deliverables:

  1. Analyze the current solution, working with the business - to identify and develop, and implements addressing areas of improvement
  2. Detailed understanding of Zoho One Suite capabilities and limitations
  3. Setting up and integrating various Zoho applications such as Zoho CRM, Zoho Creator, Zoho Books, Zoho Inventory, Zoho Desk, Zoho Analytics, Zoho People, Zoho Campaign, Zoho Social, and other Zoho apps.
  4. Fixing post-production issues / bugs
  5. Timely reporting on projects to Team leads / Managers
  6. Should be adaptable to running and managing applications, entries on Zoho and should be fully aware of how to use the different features of Zoho One Suite
  7. Take responsibility for the full life cycle of the project: designing, development, testing, deployment, and maintenance

Key Competencies :

  1. Complete understanding of Zoho products and features (Zoho CRM, Zoho Creator, Zoho Books, Zoho Inventory, Zoho Desk, Zoho Analytics, Zoho People, Zoho Campaign, Zoho Social, etc.)
  2. Proactive in exploring new technology and applying knowledge to various business logic
  3. A creative business mind with an understanding of CRM, Support, Production and Finance operations, and usability
  4. Highly organized and quick in approach
