Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Zoho Senior Consultant located in Pune. The Zoho Senior Consultant will be responsible for leading the implementation, customization, and support of various Zoho applications. Day-to-day tasks include consulting with clients to understand their business requirements, configuring Zoho applications to meet client needs, overseeing data migration, developing custom workflows, and providing training and support to users. The role also involves problem-solving and ensuring optimal performance of Zoho solutions.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in implementing and customizing Zoho applications including CRM, Books, Projects, and Desk
  • Experience in ERP & CRM solutions, with a focus on Zoho Applications
  • Strong skills in client consultation, requirements gathering, and providing tailored solutions
  • Ability to manage data migration, develop custom workflows, and optimize application performance
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot issues effectively
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment
  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field
