Role &responsibilities

Respond to customerinquiries troubleshoot software issues and provide timelyresolutions.

Diagnose and debug complex softwareproblems by analyzing log files database entries andcode.

Collaborate with the development team toidentify and resolve software bugs anddeficiencies.

Guide customers through softwareinstallations configurations and updates.

Createand maintain technical documentation including FAQs knowledge basearticles and troubleshooting guides.

Escalatecritical issues to the appropriate internal teams and ensure properfollowup until resolution.

Participate in oncallrotation for afterhours support asrequired.

Assist in testing and quality assuranceof software releases.

Provide feedback to improveproduct features and user experience based on customerinteractions.


Preferredcandidate profile

Bachelors degree inComputer Science Engineering or related field (or equivalent workexperience).

Min 2 years of Proven experience asa Software Support Engineer or similarrole.

Strong proficiency in programming languagessuch as .NET C#

Familiarity with databases (SQLNoSQL).

Excellent problemsolving skills and theability to troubleshoot complex technicalissues.

Exceptional communication skills bothwritten and verbal with the ability to explain technical conceptsto nontechnical users.

Customerfocused mindsetwith a dedication to delivering highqualitysupport.

Experience with ticketing systems andremote support tools.

Ability to workindependently and collaborate effectively within ateam.
