ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES

· Maintain the ServiceNow platform: This includes monitoring the health of the platform, performing regular maintenance tasks, and troubleshooting any issues that arise.

· Support users: This includes answering questions about how to use ServiceNow, resolving user issues, and providing training.

· Configure and customize ServiceNow: This includes creating new workflows, customizing existing workflows, and integrating ServiceNow with other systems.

· Report on ServiceNow usage: This includes generating reports on how ServiceNow is being used and identifying areas for improvement.
