Designation: Senior Stock Support Engineer (Application Support )Location: Mumbai (Remote/Hybrid)Shift timings: Anytime b/w 4pm to 10am (Shift timings to be confirmed at a later stage)We are looking for a Senior Stock Support Engineer to join our dynamic team. We are a global team of big thinkers, risk takers and hard workers. To know more please visit you'll do:Communicating with suppliers and providing application supportConnecting with the Sales team to extend support to the new identified suppliers/existing suppliersMaintaining a TAT to resolving the queries to suppliersAPI integrations and mapping in NodeJSWork closely with the Developers team and Sales team

What you'll need:4+ years' experience into Application SupportAbility to diagnose and resolve technical and non-technical issues efficiently.Strong problem-solving skills to identify root causes of problems.Patience and empathy in dealing with users' issues.Ability to explain technical concepts in non-technical terms.Capacity to manage multiple tasks and prioritize based on urgency and impact.Keeping detailed records of issues, resolutions, and troubleshooting steps.Generating reports on support activities, trends, and performance metrics.Willingness to learn new technologies and processes.Adaptability to changes in the application landscape and business requirements.Collaboration with developers, QA engineers, and other stakeholders to resolve issues and improve the application.SQL understanding and working knowledge on queries, jointsLive support experience required.Strong verbal and written English skills are needed to communicate within the company along with the clients.Dedicated, honest, highly energetic and possess positive approachSelf-Driven individual and detailed orientedExperience with diamonds is a plus.Preferred Skills:

Entry-level development experience or a strong drive to become a developer is an advantage.Experience in handling API related issuesSome exposure to coding is an added advantage.MS Excel skillsBasics of Postman , VS Code, Git Hub.
