Job Description :

- Lead the end-to-end design, development, implementation, and maintenance of robust ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) systems and IT solutions, overseeing all aspects of ERP projects from inception to deployment.

- Provide expert technical guidance and mentorship to engineering teams, ensuring adherence to best practices, standards, and methodologies throughout ERP projects, and fostering a culture of excellence and innovation.

- Collaborate closely with business stakeholders to deeply understand their requirements, translate them into detailed system specifications, and prioritize project deliverables based on business needs and strategic objectives.

- Customize and configure ERP software modules to tailor solutions to specific business processes and workflow requirements, leveraging deep expertise in ERP platforms such as SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, or NetSuite.

- Conduct thorough code reviews, perform rigorous quality assurance, and ensure compliance with security and regulatory standards, ensuring the reliability, integrity, and security of ERP systems.

- Proactively troubleshoot technical issues, resolve system defects, and optimize the performance of ERP systems, employing advanced problem-solving skills and technical acumen to maintain system stability and efficiency.

- Mentor and coach junior engineers, providing ongoing training, guidance, and support to enhance their skills and capabilities, and fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement within the engineering team.

Requirements :

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field, complemented by extensive experience in ERP implementation, customization, and support, with a proven track record of leadership and success in senior engineering roles.

- Deep knowledge and expertise in leading ERP software platforms such as SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, or NetSuite, coupled with proficiency in programming languages (e.g., ABAP, Java, Python) and database management systems (e.g., SQL Server, Oracle Database).

- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with diverse stakeholders, drive consensus, and navigate complex technical challenges.

Skills :

- ERP Implementation: Demonstrated ability to lead the design, development, and implementation of complex ERP solutions, ensuring alignment with business objectives and requirements.

- Technical Leadership: Expertise in providing strategic direction, guidance, and mentorship to engineering teams, fostering a culture of excellence, innovation, and continuous improvement.

- Business Collaboration: Proven track record of effectively collaborating with business stakeholders to understand requirements, define system specifications, and deliver solutions that meet or exceed expectations.

- Troubleshooting: Advanced proficiency in identifying and resolving technical issues and system defects in ERP systems, ensuring system reliability, stability, and performance.

Preferred :

- Certification in ERP systems (e.g. , SAP Certified Application Associate, Oracle ERP Cloud certification), demonstrating advanced proficiency and expertise in specific ERP platforms.

- Experience with agile methodologies and project management practices, enabling efficient and effective project execution and delivery.
