Your Role (Full-Cycle Sales)
- Find & qualify high-ticket prospects (coaches, consultants, SMEs)
- Book & run consultative sales calls
- Close deals in the ₹50k–₹2L+ range
- Ensure payment & smooth onboarding
- Track client delivery + renewals

What We Expect
- Min. 1 year high-ticket sales/closing experience
- Strong communication (English/Hindi)
- Objection handling & consultative selling skills
- Organized & disciplined (tracking renewals & follow-ups)
Compensation
- 100% Performance-based (Recurring Commission)
- Avg 1st 3 months: ₹50k–₹1.5L/month
- Top performers: ₹3L+/month
