Role Overview:
Do you have a passion for sales and an affinity for all things tech? Are you eager to expand your knowledge of IT Software? ManageEngine is in search of an enthusiastic and self-motivated Senior Sales Representative to join our thriving team in the UK.
Responsibilities:
- Engage directly with Decision Makers in IT departments across businesses of all sizes in the UK.
- Make warm calls to prospects and customers, employing a consultative approach to sell our IT Products.
- Receive and manage inbound warm leads, including product evaluation requests and inquiries from existing customers.
- Collaborate with Sales Engineering to conduct online web product demonstrations, catering to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Provide exceptional customer service throughout the evaluation process, generate quotes, create new customer accounts, coordinate with channel partners, and successfully close sales.
- Maintain accurate customer records, activity logs, and pipeline reports within Zoho CRM.
- Identify new business opportunities, channel partnerships, and local market prospects.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience, preferably in the IT Management Software market.
- Strong understanding of IT management solutions and their applications.
- Demonstrated ability to convert prospects, close deals, and work remotely while traveling extensively within the UK to meet established sales quotas.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Passion for selling with an enthusiastic, self-starting "can do" attitude.
