Job Description

Job Overview:
As a Talent Acquisition Coordinator, you will play a pivotal role in our Human Resources team, supporting the recruitment process from start to finish. This is an exciting opportunity for a recent graduate to gain hands-on experience in talent acquisition and HR operations.

Position Details:

  • Location: Eastwood, QC
  • Work Schedule: Monday to Friday
  • Shift: Dayshift (7am-4pm)

Job Description:

-Collaborate with recruitment team to identify staffing needs and job requirements -Assist in drafting job descriptions and posting openings on job boards and other platforms -Source and screen candidates through various channels (e.g., job boards, social media, referrals) -Schedule and coordinate interviews and communicating with candidates -Facilitate job offer discussions and oversee the creation and management of training agreements for new hires. -Provide administrative support to the Talent Acquisition team as needed
Requirements -Open for Fresh Graduates. No experience required -Ideally based in the bustling heart of Metro Manila as this is a Work Onsite Set-Up -Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field -Proven experience as a Talent Acquisition Coordinator/Intern or similar role. Fresh Graduates are welcome to apply. - Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite and ability to adapt to new software systems quickly. -Strong communication and interpersonal skills -Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively -Demonstrated "Can-Do" Attitude. This essential attribute is characterized by a proactive mindset, resilience in the face of challenges, and a willingness to take initiative and tackle tasks with enthusiasm.
