Job Summary:

Join our dynamic talent acquisition team as a Talent Acquisition Intern and gain hands-on experience in the exciting field of human resources. In this role, you will support our efforts to attract, engage, and retain top talent for our organisation. You'll be able to work on various recruitment projects, learn about different aspects of the hiring process, and contribute to our overall recruitment strategy.


Key Responsibilities:

1. Candidate Sourcing: Utilize online platforms, social media, and other channels to identify potential candidates for open positions.

2. Resume Screening: Review resumes and applications to assess candidates' qualifications and match them with job requirements.

3. Candidate Outreach: Engage with candidates through email, phone, and social media to communicate job opportunities and gather additional information.

4. Interview Coordination: Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers, ensuring a smooth and positive experience for all parties involved.

5. Interviewing: Conduct initial phone or video interviews with candidates to evaluate their skills, experience, and cultural fit.

6. Employer Branding: Contribute ideas and content to enhance our employer branding efforts, including social media posts, blog articles, and recruitment events.

7. Data Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of candidate information in our applicant tracking system (ATS) and other databases.

8. Administrative Support: Provide administrative assistance to the talent acquisition team, including drafting job postings, preparing interview materials, and organising recruitment events.

9. Candidate Experience: Gather feedback from candidates to identify areas for improvement and ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.

10. Learning and Development: Proactively seek opportunities to learn about best practices in talent acquisition and contribute ideas for process improvement.


Qualifications :

- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's degree program, preferably in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.

- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.

- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to effectively engage with candidates and team members.

- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.

- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with applicant tracking systems is a plus.

- Prior experience in recruitment, human resources, or related fields is preferred but not required.


Duration and Compensation:

- This is a 3-month internship position, with the possibility of extension based on performance and business needs.

- Compensation and benefits will be provided by company policies and local regulations.
