Job Description:

As a Technical Sales Executive, you will be responsible for driving sales of our online courses by leveraging your technical background and product knowledge. You will engage with potential customers, understand their needs, and provide tailored solutions that align with their career goals. Your ability to communicate complex technical concepts in an accessible manner will be key to your success in this role.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through networking, referrals, and outreach.
  • Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to potential clients, showcasing the value of our courses.
  • Understand customer needs and tailor solutions to meet their specific requirements.
  • Maintain a deep understanding of our course offerings, including data science, data analytics, full stack development, and DSA.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop sales strategies and promotional materials.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Track sales metrics and provide regular reports on performance and market trends.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and competitor offerings to effectively position our products.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in technical sales or a similar role, preferably in the education or technology sector.
  • Strong understanding of data science, data analytics, full stack development, and DSA concepts.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
  • Self-motivated with a results-driven approach and a strong desire to succeed.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
