Responsibilities

  • Conduct outbound tele-calling campaigns to generate leads, schedule appointments, and follow up on sales inquiries.
  • Engage with prospective customers over the phone or in person to understand their technical needs, challenges, and buying preferences and present tailored Digital Factory solutions.
  • Educate customers about our Digital Factory (An end-to-end Industry4.0 Solution) solution/services, features, benefits, and value proposition to generate interest and drive sales.
  • Provide technical sales support by offering product demonstrations, presentations, and solution recommendations based on customer requirements.
  • Qualify leads based on predefined criteria and prioritize follow-up activities to maximize sales opportunities.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to develop sales strategies, identify target markets, and achieve revenue targets.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all telecalling activities, leads, and sales opportunities in the CRM system.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients by providing excellent customer service and addressing their inquiries and concerns promptly.
  • Maintain a deep understanding of our products, industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments to identify new sales opportunities and stay ahead of the competition.
  • Meet or exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs) as defined by management.


Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Electronics, Electrical, Instrumentation, Mechanical, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of Experience in technical sales, preferably in the field of Manufacturing Execution Systems, Automation, ERP or related industrial software solutions.
  • Prior work experience in Automotive industry preferable.
  • Understanding of manufacturing processes, automation, and Industry 4.0 concepts.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey technical information to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Results-driven mindset with a focus on exceeding sales targets.
  • Willingness to travel as needed to engage with clients and attend industry events.
