R2NET Solutions Pvt Ltd is a high speed Internet Service provider in Gurgaon, formed in APR 2002. It has an expert and technical team of Customer Care to provide uninterrupted services and support to Customers.
TasksThis is a full-time, on-site role as a Sales Manager in Gurugram. The Sales Manager will be responsible for leading the sales team, developing and executing sales strategies, managing accounts, generating leads, negotiating deals and contracts, and meeting sales targets. The Sales Manager will also be responsible for training and mentoring the sales team to ensure success.
Requirements* Proven track record of success in sales
* Excellent leadership and management skills
* Ability to develop and execute sales strategies
* Strong negotiation and communication skills
* Expertise in generating leads and managing accounts
* Experience with sales tracking and report generation
* Ability to work well under pressure and meet sales targets
* Bachelor's or master's degree in business, marketing, or a related field
* Experience in the network and communications industry is a plus
* Experience with CRM software
* Management experience in the field of broadband services
* ISP selling and handling issues of lease line and processing all related approvals and interfaces with ministries and other related govt agencies, if any.
