Job Description
Organization Design: Lead and facilitate the organizational design process to ensure alignment with business objectives.Collaborate with leadership to assess and optimize organizational structures based on grades and skills, Manager Span, Comp matrix, Career path framework, for efficiency and effectiveness.
Talent Management: Develop and implement talent management strategies to attract, retain, and develop key talents.Design and execute talent development programs, succession planning, and career path initiatives.
Performance Management: Oversee the performance management system, ensuring clear objectives and performance standards.Provide guidance on performance improvement plans, feedback mechanisms, and development plans.
Rewards & Recognition: Design and manage a comprehensive rewards and recognition program.Conduct regular market surveys to ensure the competitiveness of the organization's compensation and benefits structure.
Policy Formulation: Formulate, update, and communicate HR policies in line with legal requirements and best practices.Ensure policies are consistently applied and provide guidance on interpretation to employees and managers.
The Successful Applicant
Master's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field. Proven experience in organizational design, talent management, and performance management. In-depth knowledge of rewards and recognition strategies. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
