This is not (and will never be) a100% remote role.Pls do not submit if yourcandidate if they were forwarded on 730150 and were not chosen foran IV OR if they interviewed for BSA 730150 in the (last 30 days)and were not chosen.Parking IS PROVIDED (atno cost) to contractors at their new facility inMechanicsville.ABOUT THE ROLEThis is a BSA role NOT the same as a BA roleand calls for a seasoned Senior Business Analyst ALONG WITH SystemsAnalyst experience.Suitablecandidates must be comfortable working in a highly dynamiccollaborative work environment to meet the needs of multiplebusiness lines and supporting a portfolio comprised of a widevariety of custom applications and thirdparty platforms andintegrations.As a Senior Business SystemsAnalyst on the team you will be responsible for ensuring thatbusiness needs are well understood documented and communicated tothe technical resources responsible. Assignments may includeanalysis and design of new features and platform implementation aswell as partnering with both business stakeholders and technicalresources to prioritize manage troubleshoot and implement small tomediumsize enhancement. Problemsolving and triage support forurgent production break fix resolution is also required.The applicant will perform a variety of taskssimultaneously working in a matrixed environment. A certain degreeof creativity and latitude is required. The applicant must rely onlimited experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals. (RFPs SOWs business requirementsbusiness processes flows etc)Formulate and documentwellformed user stories with detailed acceptancecriteriaUnderstand how change to acomponent/application impacts the whole system and makerecommendations for the logical design of systemenhancementsProvide design support for technical teamsin planning and execution of project design sessions prior todevelopment iterations to identify and specify logical systemdesignWork with Development Lead / System Engineer asliaison to communicate business requirements through elicitation ofadditional technical requirementsGather integrationrequirements for data to include identification and assessment ofdata sources and creation of source/target mappingsAdapt current integration processes to accommodate changes insource systems and new business user requirementsPartner with technical and quality assurance resources to ensurethat requirements are implemented and tested per the acceptancecriteriaAssist Product Owners with UAT planning andexecution integrated with QA test planning (as needed)Additional Skills:Proficiency withMicrosoft 365 Applications for Enterprise (Word Excel PowerPointVisio)Proven knowledge of Web ApplicationConceptsProven knowledge of Client / Server ApplicationConceptsEffective Meeting Facilitation ConflictResolution and Negotiation skillsMentor & provideguidance to junior members of the teamExperience with HR systems and eCommerce implementation
