Experience: 2-3 years (In Marketing)

Languages Known: Regional Language & English

*Candidate must have experience in Garage Equipment & Car Care Products.

Key Responsibilities

  • Strategy & Planning:Develop and implement strategic sales plans for the assigned area to meet or exceed sales targets and market share goals.
  • Team Management:Lead, train, motivate, and guide a team of sales representatives, ensuring they achieve their individual and team goals.
  • Sales & Market Development:Identify new business opportunities, expand the customer base, and drive sales growth for battery testers and chargers.
  • Customer & Distributor Relations:Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, distributors, and channel partners, ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Product Knowledge:Provide detailed product information, conduct product demonstrations, and effectively answer customer queries regarding battery testers and chargers.
  • Market Analysis:Conduct market research, monitor industry trends, analyze competitor activity, and collect customer feedback to inform sales strategies.
  • Reporting & Performance Monitoring:Prepare and present regular sales reports, forecasts, and performance metrics to senior management.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration:Work closely with marketing, product development, and other internal teams to ensure successful campaign rollouts and product strategies.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹35, ₹40,000.00 per month
