Role & responsibilities

  • Achieve monthly primary and secondary targets of the area for entire product range.
  • Appointment of Distributors in the given area.
  • Ensuring Proper Infrastructure of Distributors along with Investment, Office Space & Vehicles
  • Selection of SE / SO in the given area.
  • Timely Distribution of targets to team & Distributors.
  • Monitor the performance of sales staff and to take necessary actions to ensure that sales targets are met.
  • Checking of Daily sales reports at distributor point along with Physical stock opening
  • Gate meeting of SO / SE on daily basis.
  • Creating Brand awareness.
  • Training & Coaching of Team Members in Market working.
  • Ensuring proper distribution in Market route wise & proper scheme implementation.
  • Appoint, train, develop and retain distributors.
  • Monitor and control the budget for the area to ensure that all financial targets are met and are in place to comply with company and regulatory requirements.
  • Maintain an awareness of developments in sales techniques and technology.
  • Timely submission of Daily reports , Sales Plan , Tour Plan , Claim Settlement.
  • Need to maintain daily report of Productive call, Effective call , Line cut & Total bill value Route wise & Outlets wise.
  • Outlet Expansion Target needs to be given in the beginning of the month & ensuring targets are met on weekly basis.
  • Weekly closing & reporting of all the skus.
  • WD Evaluation on Quarterly basis along with ROI Study & take corrective actions.
  • Sales Plan Submission in the beginning of the month.
  • Submission of distributor claims, trade scheme, damage stocks, shortages, final settlement if any.
  • Providing right directions on Execution, Sales & Process orientation.
  • Identifying Skill / Competency gaps & working out development Action plans.
  • Building Relationship for a long term Partnership.
  • Continuous Focus on width & depth of our brands as per Channel spread, increasing availability of our products & increasing coverage with right bench marks.
  • Driving Sales efficiency metrics Effective call , Productive call , Line cut , average bill value
  • Implementing channel programs & visibility drives.
  • Monitoring all key brand activities of the Month / Quarter at the POP.
  • Retail Census & Beat Planning.
  • Regular sales performance Review & Feedback.
  • Improving Market share in Overall Industry.
