Job Description:
As a Channel Sales Manager for AWG Aero Western Green, you will be responsible for developing and managing strategic partnerships with channel partners, including real estate agents, brokers, and agencies, to drive sales revenue and market presence. Your primary objective will be to identify, recruit, and enable channel partners to promote and sell AWG Aero Western Green properties effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
Channel Partner Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with channel partners, including real estate agents, brokers, and agencies, to drive sales through third-party channels.
Partner Recruitment: Identify and recruit new channel partners in key markets to expand the reach and distribution network of AWG Aero Western Green properties.
Training and Enablement: Provide training, product knowledge, and sales support to channel partners to ensure they are equipped to effectively promote and sell AWG Aero Western Green properties.
Sales Target Setting: Collaborate with channel partners to set sales targets and goals, and track progress towards achieving them.
Lead Generation: Work closely with channel partners to generate leads and opportunities through joint marketing campaigns, events, and promotional activities.
Deal Facilitation: Support channel partners in the negotiation and closing of deals, providing guidance and assistance as needed to ensure successful transactions.
Performance Evaluation: Monitor and evaluate the performance of channel partners against agreed-upon targets, and provide feedback and coaching to drive improvement.
Market Analysis: Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive threats, and develop strategies to maximize sales through channel partners.
Reporting and Analysis: Keep accurate records of channel sales activities, performance metrics, and market data, and provide regular reports and analysis to management.
Compliance: Ensure that channel partners adhere to company policies, procedures, and quality standards in their sales and marketing activities.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Real Estate, or related field.
Proven track record of success in channel sales management, preferably in the real estate industry.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with channel partners.
Strong leadership and coaching skills, with the ability to motivate and empower channel partners to achieve sales targets.
Results-oriented mindset with a focus on driving revenue growth and market expansion through channel partners.
Knowledge of the Noida real estate market and familiarity with local regulations and practices is an advantage.
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software for sales tracking and reporting.
