The Assistant General Manager (AGM) - Sales Strategy is responsible for developing and implementing strategic sales plans to achieve business objectives. The AGM will work closely with senior management to drive revenue growth and improve market positioning for the company’s real estate portfolio.


Key Responsibilities:


Develop and Implement Sales Strategies: Create and execute comprehensive sales strategies to achieve sales targets and expand the company's market presence.


Market Analysis: Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, competitive landscape, customer needs, and opportunities for business growth.


Sales Forecasting and Budgeting: Develop sales forecasts, set performance goals, and manage budgets to ensure effective resource allocation and cost management.


Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of sales managers and executives to ensure high performance, professional development, and alignment with company goals.


Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, partners, and stakeholders to drive sales and business development initiatives.


Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, product development, and operations teams to align sales strategies with overall business objectives and ensure cohesive execution.


Performance Monitoring: Monitor sales performance metrics and KPIs, analyze data to measure the effectiveness of sales strategies, and adjust tactics as needed.


Customer Focus: Ensure a customer-centric approach in all sales activities, focusing on delivering exceptional customer service and building long-term relationships.


Compliance and Reporting: Ensure compliance with industry regulations, company policies, and ethical standards. Prepare regular sales reports and presentations for senior management.
