As an Associate - HR, you will play a key role in shaping the employee experience. You will work closely with the HR Head to support and execute plans. Your work will ensure employees feel valued, engaged, and happy at Team Everest. If you love making people feel their best, this is the role for you. We are looking for a Generalist HR. What You Will Do? Support HR in executing recruitment, onboarding, training, and employee engagement plans. Organize training programs to help employees learn and grow. Plan and execute employee engagement activities to keep employees motivated and connected. Act as the first point of contact for employees and address their queries with care. Maintain and update employee records with accuracy and confidentiality. Track attendance, leaves, and other HR metrics and share reports. Help roll out and monitor HR policies and ensure compliance. Work with the finance team to provide payroll inputs on time. Handle day-to-day HR operations and ensure smooth execution of tasks. Contribute to creating a workplace where employees feel happy and supported. Requirements What We’re Looking For? Education: Any Graduate Experience: Minimum 1-2 years of HR experience Skills required for Job: A Generalist HR professional with experience Strong interpersonal and communication skills to foster employee relationships. Project Management: Good Project Management Skills to manage various projects in your department. Attention to details in the tasks they do. Strong command of English. Great people skills. Organizational Skills: You should know how to plan well and manage multiple tasks with a cool head. Computer Skills: You should know basic computer skills like using MS Office.
