Role Description

This role of Business Development Manager entails both B2B and B2C verticals involves leading and managing the sales efforts to achieve growth, profitability, and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

  • Leading sales efforts in B2C and B2B verticals

Qualifications

  • Proven track record of meeting sales targets and managing clients
  • Knowledge of the EV industry and sustainable energy practices is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field
  • 4-5 years' prior experience in Sales & Business Development in both sectors.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills for internal coordination and external client relations.
  • Capable of addressing challenges with innovative solutions to meet sales and client objectives
  • Proficiency with CRM systems, sales automation tools, and business analytics platforms
  • Ability to interpret sales metrics, financial data, and customer feedback to make strategic decisions
