4) Key Result Areas/Accountabilities: 

Key Result Areas/Accountabilities Supporting Actions 

a) Network Expansion Pitch-book presentation to prospective cement dealers to explain the concept aimed at their conversion to UBS format Highlights benefits associated with joining the UltraTech Building Solutions format Recommend non UltraTech dealers which can be targeted for conversion as UBS 

b) Vendor Management for Smooth and Timely Execution Get timelines from civil and VM vendors for completion of work Ensure post renovation measurement and submission of bills to accounts department in within a pre determined time frame Highlight any deviations on the behalf of vendors to complete work as per standard quality norms Rate vendors on their performance and recommend corrective measures

 c) Branding and Merchandising Ensure coherency in in-store branding and products available at the store Identify products and services to be promoted at outlets in discussion with the dealer and ensure visual merchandising accordingly 

d) Partner Company Management(Product & Services) Implement the negotiated terms of margins, credit limits, delivery timelines etc. Regularly share information with respect to pricing, discounts, promotions etc. with outlets and internal marketing team Implement joint Job Description Job Description Report Page 3 of 4 promotional activities in consultation with partner companies 

 e) Logistics and Supply Chain Management to ensure product Availability Coordinate with partner companies & internal department for availability of cement & allied products at outlets as per expected service level parameters Highlight any issue which requires intervention of central team for resolution 

f) Marketing and Technical Services Activities to enhance customer satisfaction & create awareness Plan technical activities calendar and pass it on to internal technical services team and allied partners (through category manager) for execution Highlight any issue related to execution of technical activities by allied partners Plan marketing activities and outlet launch and ensure regularity in execution of such activities Plan and conduct localized awareness creation campaigns and recommend participation in relevant exhibitions, conferences, meetings etc. for business development 

g) Performance Management ( sales of cement & partner company products for the format as per the Targets) Preparation of periodic MIS relating to UltraTech Building Solutions for the business in the region Assist Regional Head & Zonal Manager for performance analysis and recommend measures required to improve outlet performance
