Job Description:

We are seeking a driven and energetic Customer Service Representative (Fresher) for a full-time remote role to join our dynamic support team. This role is perfect for someone who is eager to start a career in customer service. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for handling incoming calls, addressing customer enquiries on chat, e-mail and calls, and escalating and providing solutions to customer issues.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle incoming customer calls and do outbound calls for user retention.

  • Assist customers with enquiries about products/services.

  • Escalate and resolve customer issues and complaints promptly over calls/e-mail/chat.

  • Document and update customer records based on interactions.

  • Provide accurate information and support to customers.

  • Collaborate with team members to improve customer service.

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in any field.

  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.

  • Quick-thinking and adept at finding solutions.

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace.

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

*Experience in the fintech industry and CRM tools (Tawk) is a plus.
