Zeniqx is a creative-led performance powerhouse built exclusively for D2C brands. We engineer growth across social media, paid performance, influencer ops, and high-conversion funnels->fast.

We've scaled brands from ₹1.5L to ₹1.5CR/month, built a fashion label (Indina) from scratch, and hit 4x ROAS in 90 days.

Now we want a performance marketer who's allergic to average and knows how to make creative and numbers work together.

Outcomes You'll Own (First 3–6 Months)

  • Scale revenue for D2C clients 3× while holding blended ROAS ≥ 3.5
  • Slice CAC by 25% through brutal creative and targeting tests
  • Help take at least 2 brands from ₹0 to ₹10L/month in under 90 days
  • Partner with creatives to ship scroll-stopping content weekly

Must-Have Experience

  • 3–5 years scaling D2C brands with ₹1L+ monthly ad spends
  • Mastery of Meta Business Suite (we live there)
  • Proven creative + testing chops
  • Strong understanding of LTV, CAC, and funnel analytics
  • Knows which creative formats punch above their weight

Core Responsibilities

  • Run performance campaigns (Meta focus)
  • Manage budgets, optimize daily, and hit KPIs like it's your side hustle
  • Write briefs for the creative team (hooks, angles, formats)
  • Collaborate on CRO-first landing pages (Shopify)
  • Own LTV, CAC, ROAS reporting. No excuses, just metrics.
  • Align ads with influencer drops and retention flows
  • Sync paid + organic touchpoints for full-funnel impact
