Role Overview:

We are seeking a Performance Marketer with 2+ years of proven experience in managing foreign clients and a solid background in a digital marketing agency. You will plan, execute, and optimize paid campaigns across Meta and Google Ads platforms, focusing on delivering exceptional ROI for our Australian clients.

Key Responsibilities:

- Plan, implement, and manage high-performing ad campaigns across Meta and Google Ads.
- Work closely under the Social Media Manager (your direct reporting manager).
- Deliver weekly performance reports for all client accounts.
- Analyze campaign data to identify optimization opportunities and improve performance.
- Develop and present revenue growth strategies tailored to each client.
- Stay up to date with digital marketing trends, platform updates, and best practices.
- Collaborate with the creative and content teams to ensure ads are engaging and conversion-focused.
- Maintain strong communication and relationships with foreign (Australian) clients.

Requirements:

- 2+ years of experience in performance marketing.
- Proven experience handling foreign clients (Australian market experience preferred).
- Must have a digital marketing agency background.
- Expertise in Meta Ads and Google Ads campaign management.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make strategic decisions.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
