Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Performance Marketer, located in Bengaluru. The Performance Marketer will be responsible for planning and executing digital marketing campaigns, analyzing performance metrics, and optimizing campaigns for better results. The role involves working closely with the marketing team to drive traffic and conversions through various online channels. Additional responsibilities include managing budgets, conducting A/B tests, and staying up-to-date with industry trends and best practices.

Qualifications

  • Experience in digital marketing, including planning and executing campaigns
  • Proficiency in analyzing performance metrics and optimizing campaigns
  • Strong skills in managing budgets and conducting A/B tests
  • Knowledge of industry trends and best practices in digital marketing
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills
  • Ability to work on-site in Bengaluru
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
  • Experience in performance marketing tools and platforms is a plus
