Job description:
Key Responsibilities
:
- Execute, and optimize paid marketing campaigns across platforms (Google Ads, Facebook/Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.) and report to the Marketing Head.
- Manage ad budgets efficiently to maximize ROI and achieve performance targets (CPA, ROAS, CPL) Continuously A/B test creatives, ad copies, targeting, and landing pages
- Monitor and report on performance metrics using tools like Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, and other attribution tools
- Conduct keyword research and audience segmentation to improve targeting precision
- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends in digital advertising and platform algorithms
- Track, analyze, and report campaign performance with actionable insights
- Suggest strategies to increase brand visibility and conversions through paid media
- Create content for static posts and align the production team to execute video shoots for social media and Youtube.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
- 1–3 years of hands-on experience in performance marketing or digital advertising
- Proficiency with Google Ads, Facebook/Meta Ads Manager, and LinkedIn Ads
- Strong understanding of web analytics (Google Analytics, UTM tracking, etc.)
- Excellent Excel/Google Sheets and reporting skills
- Familiarity with tools like Google Tag Manager, Hotjar, or SEMrush is a plus
- Proficiency with tools such as Photoshop, Adobe, Canva, Lightroom.
- Good communication skills and a keen eye for ad creative and messaging
- Self-starter with a performance-driven mindset
Preferred Skills (Good to Have):
- Experience with eCommerce or D2C campaigns
- Knowledge of SEO basics and content marketing
Exposure to CRM platforms or marketing automation tools (e.g., HubSpot, Mailchimp)
Experience in the motorcycle industry is a plus.
