Role Overview:

We are seeking a
Performance Marketer
with
2+ years of proven experience
in managing foreign clients and a solid background in a digital marketing agency. You will plan, execute, and optimize paid campaigns across
Meta
and
Google Ads
platforms, focusing on delivering exceptional ROI for our Australian clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan, implement, and manage high-performing ad campaigns across Meta and Google Ads.
  • Work closely under the Social Media Manager (your direct reporting manager).
  • Deliver
    weekly performance reports
    for all client accounts.
  • Analyze campaign data to identify optimization opportunities and improve performance.
  • Develop and present revenue growth strategies tailored to each client.
  • Stay up to date with digital marketing trends, platform updates, and best practices.
  • Collaborate with the creative and content teams to ensure ads are engaging and conversion-focused.
  • Maintain strong communication and relationships with foreign (Australian) clients.

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of experience
    in performance marketing.
  • Proven experience handling
    foreign clients
    (Australian market experience preferred).
  • Must have a
    digital marketing agency background
    .
  • Expertise in
    Meta Ads
    and
    Google Ads
    campaign management.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make strategic decisions.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
