We are on a lookout for dynamic and result-driven professionals to join our team as a Sales Manager. The primary responsibility of this role is to create a pipeline of clients manage and convert inbound and outbound clients into successful sales opportunities. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of digital marketing services and a proven track record in sales operations.


Key Responsibility

●      Develop and implement robust sales strategies to drive revenue growth and expand market presence.

●      Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with key potential clients. Understand client needs and provide tailored solutions.

●      Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and stay updated on industry trends.

●      Collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless sales process and high customer satisfaction.

●      Prepare regular reports on sales performance, market trends, and customer feedback for management review.

●      Proven experience in selling to marketing heads from Mid to large scale.

●      Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximize profits.

●      Handle and respond to inbound sales inquiries promptly and professionally. Qualify leads to determine their potential and suitability for our services.

●      Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals. Present tailored digital marketing solutions.

●      Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a smooth transition from lead to client onboarding.

●      Maintain accurate records of all interactions and sales activities.

●      Build and maintain relationships with prospects with regular communication throughout the sales process.

●      Stay updated with industry trends and continuously improve sales techniques.

 

Technical Skills:

●      Strong understanding of digital marketing services and solutions.

●      Experience with sales analytics and reporting tools

●      Familiarity with lead generation and qualification processes.

●      Advanced knowledge of G Suits particularly google docs, slides and sheets

●      Proficient in using CRM software and sales tools..
