- Lead Generation and Prospecting: Identify and research potential new clients who could benefit from the company's products or services. This may involve using various techniques like cold calling, social media outreach, or attending industry events.
- Client Relationship Management: Build and nurture relationships with potential and existing clients. This involves understanding their needs, presenting solutions, and addressing any concerns they may have.
- Sales Presentations and Negotiations: Effectively communicate the value proposition of the company's offerings through presentations, proposals, and negotiations. Negotiate contracts and pricing to secure deals.
- Market Research and Analysis: Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activity, and customer needs. Analyze data to identify new business opportunities and develop effective sales strategies.
- Goal Achievement: Set and achieve sales targets, contributing to the overall growth of the company.
Skills and Qualifications:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities
- Proven track record in sales or business development
- In-depth knowledge of the company's products or services
- Understanding of market trends and competitor analysis
- Time management and organizational skills
- English is must ( Reading Writing & Speaking )
