The Role:The National Sales Head should have extensive experience in Managed Services to spearhead the sales efforts across the country.The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of driving strategic sales initiatives, building high-performing teams, and delivering exceptional revenue growth in a competitive environment.This role requires a visionary leader with 20+ years of experience in sales, a deep understanding of managed services, and the ability to align sales strategies with business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

Sales Strategy & Leadership• Develop and execute a comprehensive national sales strategy to achieve revenue and profitability targets.• Drive the expansion of managed services offerings across industries, ensuring alignment with market trends and customer needs.• Collaborate with senior leadership to set clear sales objectives and create actionable plans to achieve organizational goals.Business Development• Identify new market opportunities and establish strategic partnerships to enhance market presence.• Develop and nurture strong relationships with key enterprise clients and stakeholders to drive long-term business growth.• Represent the company in high-level client meetings, negotiations, and industry forums.Team Building & Management• Build, mentor, and manage a nationwide sales team to deliver high performance and achieve KPIs.• Foster a culture of excellence, collaboration, and accountability within the organization.• Provide regular coaching, training, and professional development to ensure a motivated and skilled team.Operational Excellence• Establish robust sales processes, performance metrics, and reporting systems to track progress and outcomes.• Ensure adherence to budgets, timelines, and compliance standards in all sales operations.• Drive digital transformation and automation initiatives to streamline sales processes.Market Insights & Competitor Analysis• Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies in managed services.• Provide actionable insights to refine service offerings and value propositions based on market feedback.

Skills & Experience Required:• 20 + years of experience in sales, marketing, and business development in the IT industry, with at least 10 years in a leadership role within the managed services sector.• Atleast 10+ years of recent experience should be in the domestic market.•

Deep understanding of digital solutions, cloud environment management, cybersecurity, and cloud data management.• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skillsQualifications:• Bachelor in Engg or Technology.• MBA in Sales, Marketing or related field
