The Role:
The National Sales Head should have extensive experience in Managed Services to spearhead the sales efforts across the country.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of driving strategic sales initiatives, building high-performing teams, and delivering exceptional revenue growth in a competitive environment.
This role requires a visionary leader with 20+ years of experience in sales, a deep understanding of managed services, and the ability to align sales strategies with business objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
Sales Strategy & Leadership
• Develop and execute a comprehensive national sales strategy to achieve revenue and profitability targets.
• Drive the expansion of managed services offerings across industries, ensuring alignment with market trends and customer needs.
• Collaborate with senior leadership to set clear sales objectives and create actionable plans to achieve organizational goals.
Business Development
• Identify new market opportunities and establish strategic partnerships to enhance market presence.
• Develop and nurture strong relationships with key enterprise clients and stakeholders to drive long-term business growth.
• Represent the company in high-level client meetings, negotiations, and industry forums.
Team Building & Management
• Build, mentor, and manage a nationwide sales team to deliver high performance and achieve KPIs.
• Foster a culture of excellence, collaboration, and accountability within the organization.
• Provide regular coaching, training, and professional development to ensure a motivated and skilled team.
Operational Excellence
• Establish robust sales processes, performance metrics, and reporting systems to track progress and outcomes.
• Ensure adherence to budgets, timelines, and compliance standards in all sales operations.
• Drive digital transformation and automation initiatives to streamline sales processes.
Market Insights & Competitor Analysis
• Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies in managed services.
• Provide actionable insights to refine service offerings and value propositions based on market feedback.
Skills & Experience Required:
• 20+ years of experience in sales, marketing, and business development in the IT industry, with at least 10 years in a leadership role within the managed services sector.
• Atleast 10+ years of recent experience should be in the domestic market.
• Deep understanding of digital solutions, cloud environment management, cybersecurity, and cloud data management.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
Qualifications:
• Bachelor in Engg or Technology.
• MBA in Sales, Marketing or related field
