
URGENT - Business Development Manager – MICE

Key Responsibilities:
Drive business growth by generating leads and closing sales in the MICE, Corporate, and Group Travel segments.
Develop and manage a pipeline of corporate clients, institutions, and event partners for meetings, incentives, conferences, and exhibitions.
Design and sell customized travel and event solutions across India and international destinations.
Collaborate with suppliers, hotels, airlines, and DMCs to curate cost-effective and premium MICE packages.
Lead proposal development, pitch presentations, and client negotiations to convert high-value deals.
Represent Dreamland Escapes at travel expos, trade fairs, and networking events to promote the brand and acquire clients.
Coordinate with operations and marketing teams to ensure smooth execution of MICE projects.
Track performance against sales targets and deliver weekly/monthly reports to management.
Ensure excellent post-sale client service to drive repeat business and referrals.
Identify new trends and opportunities in the MICE space to stay ahead of the curve.
Desired Candidate Profile:
Minimum 10 years of experience in MICE sales or business development in a travel or event management company.
Strong network of corporate clients and industry partners.
Excellent presentation, negotiation, and communication skills.
High proficiency in MS Office, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, and the ability to create a proposal.
Knowledge of domestic and international destinations suitable for MICE events.
Fluent in English; knowledge of Bengali and Hindi is a plus.
Ability to work independently, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹25, ₹50,000.00 per month
