We are seeking passionate, results-driven sales professionals to join our team. The ideal candidates will be responsible for driving revenue growth, building strong client relationships, and developing strategic sales plans to maximize hotel occupancy and profitability.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to drive growth in MICE, / Corporates.
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients, MICE Agents, and corporate businesses.
  • Identify new business opportunities and expand market presence.
  • Lead negotiations, contracts, and proposals for high-value events and bookings.
  • Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments to stay ahead.
  • Achieve and exceed sales targets and revenue goals.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Minimum 5 to 10 years of experience in MICE / Corporate Sales / Hospitality Sales.
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills.
  • Proven track record in meeting and exceeding revenue targets.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Bachelor's degree in Hotel Management, Hospitality, or related field.
