Key Responsibilities
- Client Consultation: Meet with clients to understand their travel needs, preferences, and budget to offer tailored options.
- Itinerary Development: Create customized travel packages including flights, hotels, tours, and other activities.
- Booking & Coordination: Manage reservations for transportation, accommodations, and tours using booking platforms.
- Sales & Revenue: Drive sales of travel packages and services while meeting sales targets and contributing to revenue growth.
- Customer Service: Deliver excellent service, manage inquiries, resolve issues, and build long-term client relationships.
- Industry Knowledge: Stay updated on travel trends, destinations, industry regulations, and promotional activities.
- Vendor Relations: Establish and maintain relationships with vendors for favorable bookings and issue resolution.
- Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of bookings, payments, transactions, and client interactions.
- On-site Support: Accompany groups if required for smooth coordination.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong sales and customer service orientation.
- Knowledge of travel destinations, trends, and cultural nuances.
- Proficiency in reservation systems and online booking tools.
- Ability to design personalized itineraries and provide expert travel advice.
- Strong problem-solving skills to manage conflicts, complaints, and emergencies.
