Key Responsibilities

  • Client Consultation: Meet with clients to understand their travel needs, preferences, and budget to offer tailored options.
  • Itinerary Development: Create customized travel packages including flights, hotels, tours, and other activities.
  • Booking & Coordination: Manage reservations for transportation, accommodations, and tours using booking platforms.
  • Sales & Revenue: Drive sales of travel packages and services while meeting sales targets and contributing to revenue growth.
  • Customer Service: Deliver excellent service, manage inquiries, resolve issues, and build long-term client relationships.
  • Industry Knowledge: Stay updated on travel trends, destinations, industry regulations, and promotional activities.
  • Vendor Relations: Establish and maintain relationships with vendors for favorable bookings and issue resolution.
  • Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of bookings, payments, transactions, and client interactions.
  • On-site Support: Accompany groups if required for smooth coordination.
