This role involves evaluating performance data, engaging with our social media community, and enhancing our brand visibility.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategy Development: Create and implement comprehensive social media strategies to enhance brand awareness and promote Executive Learning Programs.
  • Content Creation: Design and produce engaging, informative content tailored to our target audience across social media platforms.
  • Community Engagement: Actively engage with our social media community, responding to inquiries, comments, and feedback in a timely manner.
  • Data Analysis: Monitor, analyze, and report on social media metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of campaigns and inform future strategies.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, content, and other teams to ensure alignment of messaging and promotional efforts.
  • Trend Monitoring: Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging social media platforms to continuously optimize our approach.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in social media management, preferably in the education or professional development sector.
  • Strong knowledge of social media platforms, tools, and analytics.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Creative mindset with a passion for engaging content and community building.
