Key Responsibilities:

Content Development & Ideation:

  • Conceptualize and develop creative content that aligns with the brand’s objectives and meets the needs of each client brief.
  • Generate fresh, innovative ideas for social media posts, ad campaigns, and other marketing materials, while maintaining a consistent brand voice.

Copywriting & Narrative Building:

  • Write clear, engaging, and impactful copy that supports brand narratives and drives audience engagement.
  • Adapt writing style to suit various channels, including social media, websites, blogs, and ad campaigns, while ensuring the tone remains consistent with the brand identity.

AI-Assisted Content Creation:

  • Leverage AI tools to enhance content development, improve workflows, and optimize creative output. Use AI for concept boarding and efficiency in writing high-quality content.
  • Stay up to date with emerging AI technologies to maximize creative effectiveness and productivity.

Brand Voice Consistency:

  • Ensure all written content maintains the brand’s tone and messaging across different platforms and media.
  • Collaborate closely with the creative and marketing teams to ensure a cohesive and integrated approach to content.

Multichannel Adaptability:

  • Tailor content to suit different mediums, including digital, social media, email marketing, and advertising, ensuring it resonates with the intended audience and achieves the desired outcomes.

Qualifications:

Experience:

  • Minimum of 1-2 Years of experience in content writing, copywriting, or related fields, with a strong portfolio showcasing work across multiple platforms and formats.
  • Writing experience for social media, ad campaigns, and digital platforms is essential.

Skills & Knowledge:

  • A creative thinker with the ability to generate compelling narratives that align with brand goals.
  • Strong copywriting skills and a knack for crafting engaging, persuasive content.
  • Familiarity with AI tools for content creation and concept development is a strong plus.
  • Ability to adapt writing to different channels and mediums, ensuring content is effective and appropriate for the platform.
