Social Media Manager

The Social Media Manager will be responsible for developing and executing effective social media strategies to promote our Executive Learning Programs across various platforms, including LinkedIn, Meta, and other online reputation channels. This role involves evaluating performance data, engaging with our social media community, and enhancing our brand visibility.
Key Responsibilities:
- Strategy Development: Create and implement comprehensive social media strategies to enhance brand awareness and promote Executive Learning Programs.
- Content Creation: Design and produce engaging, informative content tailored to our target audience across social media platforms.
- Community Engagement: Actively engage with our social media community, responding to inquiries, comments, and feedback in a timely manner.
- Data Analysis: Monitor, analyze, and report on social media metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of campaigns and inform future strategies.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, content, and other teams to ensure alignment of messaging and promotional efforts.
- Trend Monitoring: Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging social media platforms to continuously optimize our approach.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Proven experience in social media management, preferably in the education or professional development sector.
- Strong knowledge of social media platforms, tools, and analytics.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Creative mindset with a passion for engaging content and community building.
