Key Responsibilities:Business Development: Identifying potential Fund raise opportunities, obtain the mandate, negotiate commercials and close the transaction from end to end. Responsible for Revenue generation. Ensure adequate pipeline and deal flow.Transaction Leadership:
Lead the execution of complex debt capital market transactions, including bond offerings, private placements, and syndicated loans, from origination to closing.Client Management:
Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, private equity firms, and institutional investors. Understand their financing needs and provide tailored solutions.Strategic Advisory:
Provide strategic insights and recommendations on capital structure, financing alternatives, and market conditions to clients.Team Development:
Mentor and manage junior team members, fostering a collaborative environment and promoting professional growth.Market Analysis:
Conduct in-depth market analysis to identify trends, pricing, and investor appetite. Leverage this knowledge to inform transaction strategies.Documentation Oversight:
Oversee the preparation and review of offering documents, term sheets, and presentations, ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulatory standards.Cross-Functional Collaboration:
Work closely with internal teams, , mergers and, to deliver comprehensive solutions to clients.Risk Management:
Identify and assess potential risks associated with debt transactions and develop strategies to mitigate those risks.
Qualifications:CA /CFA /MBA or advanced degree preferred.8-10+ years of experience in debt capital markets, investment banking, or related finance roles, with a proven track record of successful transaction execution.Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate others.Exceptional analytical and quantitative skills, with proficiency in financial modeling and valuation techniques.Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex information clearly to clients and stakeholders.Deep understanding of the debt capital markets landscape, including investor dynamics and regulatory requirements.
