Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Business Development Engineer located in Pune. The Business Development Engineer will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, communicating with clients, developing sales strategies, conducting market analysis, and collaborating with internal teams to drive business growth. Day-to-day tasks will include analyzing market trends, creating business development plans, and building strong relationships with potential clients and partners.
Qualifications
- Strong Analytical Skills for market analysis and strategy development
- Proven experience in New Business Development and Business Development activities
- Effective Communication skills for interacting with clients and internal teams
- Sales knowledge and experience for developing and executing sales strategies
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team to achieve business goals
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field
- Experience in the abrasives industry is a plus
- Excellent problem-solving and organizational skills
