Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Business Development Executive to join our dynamic sales team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in B2B sales, exceptional communication skills, and a proven track record of generating qualified leads. This role is pivotal in driving our strategic sales initiatives and optimizing our client engagement processes. The Business Adviser will be responsible for conducting market analysis, developing strategic sales plans, and collaborating with the sales team to enhance overall performance.

Requirements

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive market analysis to identify new business opportunities.
  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans.
  • Advise on best practices for client engagement and retention.
  • Make calls per day to generate leads and set appointments.
  • Achieve a target of 7-10 qualified leads per day.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to enhance sales processes and strategies.
  • Dial for campaigns focused on the American & UK market.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 2-4 years of total experience in sales, with at least 2 years in B2B sales.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Proven ability to meet or exceed lead generation targets and sales goals.
  • Educational background: Minimum of a Bachelor's degree.
  • Current or previous designation in inside sales or lead generation roles.
  • Availability to join within 15-30 days of notice.
