About the Role:

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Lead Generation Executive with a strong background in IT Lead Generation and Staff Augmentation. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in using lead generation tools, nurturing client relationships, and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Generate qualified leads for IT services and staff augmentation through various platforms.
  • Identify potential business opportunities via , LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Clutch, ContactOut, and other tools.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with prospects and clients to ensure long-term business partnerships.
  • Manage and update data in CRM tools effectively for pipeline tracking and reporting.
  • Research, analyze, and target new business opportunities within the IT services domain.
  • Collaborate with the sales and recruitment team to understand requirements and deliver suitable solutions.
  • Achieve and exceed lead generation and sales targets.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2+ years of proven experience in IT Lead Generation and Staff Augmentation.
  • Hands-on experience with , LinkedIn Sales Navigator, ContactOut, Clutch, and CRM tools.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills with the ability to build rapport with clients.
  • Goal-oriented with excellent negotiation and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Based in Bhopal or willing to relocate.
