Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities, partnerships, and franchise outlets.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, channel partners, and distributors.
  • Drive revenue growth through effective sales strategies and lead conversion.
  • Collaborate with marketing and media teams to implement promotional campaigns.
  • Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to support business decisions.
  • Conduct regular sales reviews and prepare performance reports.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction and long-term relationship management.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred).
  • 3–5 years of proven experience in business development, franchise management, or B2B/B2C sales.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to lead client discussions, close deals, and manage multiple projects.
  • Self-driven, target-oriented, and adaptable to a fast-paced work environment.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹12, ₹45,500.00 per month
