
Business Development Executive

Key Responsibilities:
- Drive sales through customer acquisition methods and achieve monthly targets.
- Market Go Alpha's sports engagement programs to preschools and other stakeholders.
- Conduct field visits to preschools and build long-lasting relationships with decision-makers.
- Maintain accurate sales data and MIS reports.
- Develop creative sales strategies and execute effective "go-to-market" approaches.
- Identify new opportunities, emerging markets, and competitor trends.
- Consistently meet revenue targets with a strong focus on closing deals.
Requirements:
- Freshers or candidates with up to 1 year of sales/field sales experience.
- Strong communication skills in English (mandatory).
- Must own a two-wheeler and be comfortable with 75% field travel.
- Go-getter attitude with strong negotiation and interpersonal skills.
- Highly organised with the ability to prioritise and meet deadlines.
- Strong target-oriented and result-driven mindset.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹25, ₹35,000.00 per month
