
Business Development Associate

Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and research potential clients and new business opportunities.
- Generate leads through cold calls, emails, networking, and social platforms.
- Pitch products/services to prospective clients and schedule meetings.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships for long-term collaboration.
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to achieve business targets.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, calls, meetings, and follow-ups in CRM.
- Achieve monthly/quarterly sales and revenue goals.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
- 0–2 years of experience in sales, business development, or client acquisition (freshers with strong communication skills can apply).
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong research and analytical abilities.
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and eager to learn.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools is an added advantage.
