We are looking for a Solutions Consultant who:

What you will do:
Demand Management
  • Work closely with the business development team to understand customer strategy and requirements, derive possible use cases, and define business cases and outcomes
  • Coordinate Sales, Product, Organizational Psychology, Data Science, Project Management and Partners to position the company’s offerings
  • Lead customer proposal development with contribution from team members to address customer priorities and pain points
  • Provide subject matter expertise by addressing customer questions related to customer challenges, the company’s approach, product, technology and roadmap
  • Support customer pilots with a focus on value creation
  • Work with the Business Development Managers to build a pipeline of opportunities and demand generation for sustainable growth
  • Utilize a disciplined approach for successful solution selling (value Centric Sales Approach)
Customer & Partner Management
  • Actively understand each customer’s strategic plans, broad activities and recent developments. Review public information (e.g. new executive appointments, earnings statements, media releases) for customers and their competitors to be current with industry trends and issues impacting customers
  • Regularly review the value created for customers and develop strategies to increase business with customers
  • Build a network of executive relationships across industry, community and business groups, and with key partners and customers to stay current on issues impacting business and sales, while providing meaningful advice to grow business with them
  • Support the development of strong customer references
  • Manage and coordinate project deliveries between clients and internal teams
  • Assist with the production of comprehensive project plans and documentation to enable the project to be managed against a clear set of defined deliverables and milestones.
  • Assist with the monitoring, measuring, reviewing and updating project process, adjusting project plans and implementing remedial plans and informing all relevant parties.
  • Understand the competitive landscape and market trends
Product Development
  • Provide Product team with customer requirements, feedback and early deployment experience to refine product strategy constantly and design
  • Ensure that product demos, prototypes, video assets and enablement are in place to support the scaling up of sales
  • Work in accordance with applicable policies, processes, and procedures constituting Pulsifi’s Information Security Management System (ISMS). This includes but is not limited to the organization’s Information Security Policy, Data Protection Policy, Clean Desk & Screen Policy & Password Management Policy.

Requirements
  • Minimum 5 years in relevant consulting role
  • Minimum 3 years supporting and leading complex customer engagements in the HR space
  • Deep knowledge of HR industry future trends, business processes and solution capabilities required
  • Leadership skills in driving complex customer engagements to define the target state product roadmap in context of value and business outcomes
  • Strong presentation and communication skills to C-levels
  • Self-starter; motivated to learn and problem solve through complex challenges
  • Creative and innovative mindset
  • Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree preferred
