Job Overview:

Unikomm is looking for an experienced pre-sales solution consultant to join our team in India. The Digital Transformation Consultant identifies and aligns ServiceNow capabilities to drive business outcomes for our end customers. Activities include providing pre-sales support, technical product and architecture advice, and delivering ongoing communication of the latest ServiceNow capabilities.

This is a top-level individual contributor role with commensurate expectations of performance, professionalism, integrity, and problem-solving skills.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Provide sales representatives and customers with product and solution approaches during pre-sales discussions.
  • Configure and install product solutions and develop custom extensions using ServiceNow technologies that allow the product to meet the business needs of customers.
  • Have an in-depth understanding of ServiceNow product(s) design and implementation methodology.
  • Communicate and collaborate with customers and partners to understand their business needs and provide tailored solutions to meet their specific requirements.
  • Assist with the development of technical documentation for business applications.
  • Participate in sales calls, including delivering effective online demos and responding to technical questions from prospects.
  • Lead Proof of concept and value during the pre-sales process to our clients

Requirements:

  • 4+ years of solution consulting and development experience on the ServiceNow platform is strongly preferred.
  • Industry-specific certifications (ServiceNow admin, developer, and CIS) will be a significant bonus.
  • ServiceNow platform all-rounder with a creative mindset is the key.
  • General consulting experience that includes team facilitation, business case development, strong business analysis skills, process mapping and business process redesigning
  • System implementation skills: requirements/process analysis, conceptual and detail design, configuration, testing, training, change management and support.
  • Experience with integrating disparate systems in an enterprise environment.
  • Proficiency in configuring and demonstrating ServiceNow platform capabilities tailored to client-specific use cases.
  • Ability to develop and showcase custom workflows, integrations, and applications within the ServiceNow environment.
  • Experience in creating realistic scenarios and data sets for effective proof of concept demonstrations.
  • Knowledge of scripting languages such as JavaScript to customize ServiceNow solutions as per client requirements.
  • Capability to perform technical feasibility assessments and prototype solutions to address client challenges effectively.
  • Understanding of security best practices and compliance considerations related to ServiceNow implementations showcased in demos and proof of concepts.
