Our client is a leading technology firm in Vietnam who is looking for a qualified candidate to join their firm:
  • Participate in projects with Japanese clients, directly communicate with clients through various forms (video meetings, chat, email, face-to-face meetings, etc.), and provide solution consulting to clients during the following phases:
    - System Requirements Definition Phase : Receive business requirement documents from clients, understand the content, analyze functional, non-functional, and other requirements that the system needs to have or that the project team needs to implement to meet business requirements, and document these into system requirement documents.
    - System Design Phase : Based on the system requirement documents, design screens, reports, data models, processing logic, and other specific functions from a user perspective to realize the defined requirements and write these into external design documents (basic design) of the system.
    - User Testing Phase : Receive the completed system from the project team, test it from the user's or client's perspective to ensure there are no deviations from the initial requirements and design before delivering the system to the client for testing.
  • Support client communication regarding scope, progress, clarifications on existing requirements, handling new requests, and supporting the project team with requirement and design documentation issues during project implementation.
  • Research, learn, and enhance understanding of the business areas requiring consulting, professional competence in system design consulting, as well as communication skills with clients.
  • Participate in building and enriching the knowledge accumulation system for consulting business and other system development knowledge of the company.
  • Perform other tasks of the Solution Consulting department as required by superiors.
Requirements
  • Proficient in Japanese communication (N2 level or higher).
  • At least 2 years of experience in system development.
  • Ability to propose good SPEC and technical solutions.
  • Skills in supervision, problem-solving, information collection, analysis, processing, communication, negotiation, and persuasion.
  • Open to candidates for Bridge Engineer/Business Analyst roles who want to take on new challenges.
  • Candidates with experience in designing and writing system design documents from scratch.
  • Experience in designing, developing, or operating medical information management systems or warehouse management systems.
