H. Job Purpose :

  • The Development Manager is responsible for leading the recruitment, training, and development of Personal Financial Advisors (PFAs) to drive new business growth. This role focuses on building a high-performing team, enhancing agent productivity, and ensuring compliance with licensing requirements.

  1. Proven experience in a sales management or development role within the financial services industry.
